I was honored to have the opportunity to design a logo for RivCott, a Cotton Gin in New South Whales, Australia. This is an industry that I didn't even know that I would even enter as well as enjoy designing for. The challenge was to create a logo that was different than the famous Cotton logo and yet be just as great. The name RivCott was derived from the words "river" and "cotton" and so I used those two symbols to create this design. What I love about this creation is that the river can be seen as two things, either a river or the stem of the cotton boll.
